
Amachie Ackah brings 25 years of experience as a private equity investor and company builder. He has raised and managed institutional funds, built durable operating platforms, and stepped into leadership roles across economic cycles, including as interim CEO of Cote Family Destinations, where he doubled revenue to $65 million.
Previously, he served as Managing Partner of Argosy Real Estate Partners ($3.3B AUM), where he founded the firm's first institutional fund and led acquisitions, development, and asset management. His earlier roles include Principal at Lubert-Adler ($10B AUM), Director of Acquisitions and Development at Buccini/Pollin Group, and Associate at Praedium Group.
He is also Chair of the YPO Real Estate Network and Founder of the YPO–Harvard Business School Real Estate Program. Mr. Ackah holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Williams College.
