Doowon is an Investment Associate at Clay Cove Capital, focused on investment analysis, underwriting, and diligence across the firm's real estate and operating company strategies. He brings a combined background in finance and operations, having built his career across capital markets and financial advisory before transitioning into hands-on operating experience as a Pizza Hut franchise operator in Korea. Earlier in his career, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised clients on real estate financing and corporate M&A transactions. Doowon is a CFA charterholder. He earned his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with a specialization in Finance and holds a dual B.S. in Psychology and Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
