Elisse Douglass is a Principal at Clay Cove Capital focused on investment and asset management. She brings a decade of real estate experience across acquisition, development, and asset management of retail, residential, office, and mixed-use projects, including senior roles at Signature Development Group in Oakland and Sares Regis Group in Northern California. She is also the Founder of East Freedman & Main, a real estate and impact capital platform, and began her career in Goldman Sachs' Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging investment banking group. Douglass co-founded the Oakland Black Business Fund in 2020 and serves on the Investment Advisory Board of Community Impact Investment. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and a BA in Architecture from Columbia University, and has been named a Consortium Fellow, Goldman Sachs MBA Fellow, and Toigo Fellow.
