Justin Okumus is a Strategy Associate at Clay Cove Capital, where he focuses on investment strategy, sector analysis, and business and real estate underwriting to support new platform development. Prior to Clay Cove, he founded and operated a real estate investment business, managing a portfolio of commercial properties across Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Indianapolis. He led acquisitions, repositioning, leasing, and asset management. Earlier in his career, Justin worked at CenterSquare Investment Management, where he focused on private equity real estate investments across the residential, industrial, and retail sectors. Justin holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from Temple University's Fox School of Business.
